2.3 Identity Verification

cx662 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

3.1 Password & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the cx662 support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity is found.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation.
• Extended period of inactivity.

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by notifying the support team. Please request a withdrawal of your balance before closing; retrieving your balance after account closure may be difficult.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Accepted deposit methods on cx662 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Processing times may vary depending on the amount and method used.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Under normal circumstances, withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus system abuse, use of bots, attempts to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, or coordinated betting (mirror betting) are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be cancelled and all bonuses will be forfeited.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid once the system has successfully confirmed it. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, cx662 may consider it void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Settlements in cases of odds changes, event cancellations, or postponements will be handled according to cx662's rules. In live betting, the latest odds apply.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games use a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are determined by technology and cx662 does not interfere with game results.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet must be reported to the support team within 72 hours. Complaints submitted after the specified time may not be accepted.

11.1 Amendment

11.2 Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. The user may do so by closing their account, and cx662 may do so by suspending or cancelling the account.

11.3 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions becomes legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
